I was not feeling it today, I worked last night and slept maybe 3 hours today, bought 2 bangs at the gas station, decided to do half a scoop of preworkout instead, before I even started warming up I went and got one of those bangs lol, back squat 135x8 225x8 315 for two sets of 5 365x1 385x1 405x2 I pulled that double out of my ass I donāt know how 365 felt heavy, finished up with weighted lunges some leg curls and extensions and 30 minutes on the bike
