I was not feeling it today, I worked last night and slept maybe 3 hours today, bought 2 bangs at the gas station, decided to do half a scoop of preworkout instead, before I even started warming up I went and got one of those bangs lol, back squat 135x8 225x8 315 for two sets of 5 365x1 385x1 405x2 I pulled that double out of my ass I donā€™t know how 365 felt heavy, finished up with weighted lunges some leg curls and extensions and 30 minutes on the bike

Hit some decent squat sets today 135x8 225x8 315x5 365x5 385x5 405x3 strength is coming back but Iā€™m also heavy right now like 235lbs lol mainly fat, but I have been doing cardio every day though I feel like I canā€™t breathe right now Iā€™m so fat I donā€™t mind being this big as long as thereā€™s no major health risk, itā€™s a trade off for being stronger and in turn building more muscle, my blood pressure is on the higher end but it seems like itā€™s come down a little over the last 2 weeks Iā€™ve been supplementing with beet root powder the nitrates help lower your blood pressure
