Hit legs again yesterday, worked up to 4 at 385 and a dub at 405 on squat, hitting chest today, hopefully a half hour of cardio if I can make my mind wander off and forget what im doing lol

Just got home long week, physically worked on a jobsite from 6a-12p in Naperville. Still have billing to do, 29 emails to get to and have to do my schedule for next week. Working tomorrow and busy as shit thru the end of the month. Getting to the gym will be tough next 3 weeks. Will have to workout at home.
You should look in to those 52.5 Bowflex dumbbells. Can find them used on offerup for $200. Well worth the money imo.
