I went to CrossFit yesterday and did murph for the first time Iām sore as hell today, 1 mile run 100 pull-ups 200 push ups 300 air squats followed by another mile run, your supposed to ware a 20lb vest but I was just happy to do it with body weight, it took me 58 minutes start to finish
