banger
and what ever tune thats on it lets me rev to 6750
Yea i already found out 2nd dont like anything past 6200...which i should have remembered from my 2v/3650 days. 3rd and 4rth seem to be fine at that rpm.
Yeah that's true. Never had issues with 3rd or 4th. 2nd sucked at high RPM. Why so high though? Is it cammed?
No cams. No idea why. Like i said, i bought the car with all the bolt ons but the P/O didnt leave the programmer with the car.
At least it doesnt sound like it has cams, although it does have fancy ford racing laser etched valve covers
btw, long tubes with xpipe and bullitt catback sound sessay
pypes
They dont look that bad in quality though for a $400 set of stainless headers.
Seriously though. What does a full exhaust, cai, 4.10 3v run these days? And yes, I can drive.
My car ran 12.9 with the stock 3.55's and factory shorties. I was on 555R's too. If I had MT's and a 4.10, I always thought the car was capable of 12.60's.
Which brand LTs?
I had an H with mine with stock mufflers and it kinda sounded like ass.
What kind of short times with that run?
Put resonators right before the over axle piping. It really cleans up the sound.
Oh and I've always read that LT's were a waste of money on 3v's. There really isn't too much power to be gained once you go to an OR x or h pipe.

I dont care what anyone says, LT's vs stock manifolds with aftermarket mid pipe, LT's win everytime.
What they're really trying to say is...their panties are in a bunch because they spent $1000 or more to have headers installed and only gain 25hp.
Its not like the LT's are making you lose power, so how are they a waste of money?
You aren't going to gain 25 hp over an off road mid pipe. The restriction is in the mid pipe and not the headers. The OEM manifolds flow very well.
And they are cake to do on a 3v. There is plenty of room. I dont see any reason NOT to do them.
sounds like a race car to me!

Depends.....For example on my car, I'd rather spend $600 on a FRPP Intake manifold. I am actually going to probably buy one this Spring and get my car retuned with 60 lb injectors.
