I know a bldg for sale in Elgin, 1st floor is/was a tire shop (lifts are gone). Ton of storage in basement, 2nd floor has apartments and decent size parking lot. Bldg needs a TON of work, can get it for $250k. Between 10-15 guys who are seriously interested, it would be a steal. Especially if we can do most of the work ourselves or have friends that could help out.
