Really appreciate the trial and error in here Sprayin Sprayin Looks like you’re really homing in on that thin crust.

I’ll do store bought crust and sauce and mix up the toppings. Pizza stone on the grill, heated up with the over, then corn meal to keep it loose and cook it from raw.

This was sautéed spinach, garlic, oil and then goat cheese.

She uses more garlic and adds chives


Mine is similar, but the tomato sauce you use has a drastic effect on the pizza IMO. I'm using crushed tomatoes right now (Stanislaus 7/11) but I have to blend them if I use it for a thin pizza. It's perfect for deep dish but consistency is just a little off for thin.
