Your stores must hord that stuff and just put it out at different times too. Weve always gotten our deliveries out here at the end of the month for all Buffalo Trace products, both jewel here and binnys i shop at.... They put that stuff out and its gone in 30 minutes.

The very high end stuff they all hord and only distribute to known customers.

This was late February, and they had 5 more behind customer service.

Stopped by Niche in Geneva last night and they have 1L BT for $30 and will be releasing daily bottles for Father’s Day coming up. EHT (small batch & single barrel), JJB single barrel, Remus, and more. Not quite MSRP but just a bit more. Definitely less than secondary pricing if you’re in a pinch.

do their own barrel picks too! They list some bottles on their site and some you have to see in person. Their Blanton’s barrel pick and BT barrel pick are much t
Do you have to dine there to buy, or can you just walk right on in and just pick up a bottle? I might check out what they have over the weekend for Fathers day and get my old man something.

Nope, you can walk in, you see the hostess booth, then to the left are all the bottles for sale! I was wondering if I should go get the JJBSB lol. I hope you find things that are good for your old man and/or maybe yourself!

Ended up going after dinner tonight. Got that liter bottle of BT for 30, They did have Blantons store picks and EH taylor small batch and single barrels too. The Blantons was like 165 and EH small batch was 80 and single barrel 185. Not the prices i'd be willing to pay for those. Good looking out on the Buffalo Trace though. (y)

I agree, I have both of those from going to the distillery and finding them at Binny’s or Woodman’s to keep on hand. Just wanted to try the difference between their store pick Blanton’s and the usual (got it when it was less over a year ago). It’s great for those who have been looking for a long time and willing to pay a little more. BT liter is a great price and for cheap but great daily drinking, Very Old Barton for $12 each is accessible. They’ve had Early Times BIB for $30 on and off too. Glad you got to see it for yourself. I follow them on social for random releases. ☺️
