i have got to go shopping this weekend. Nothing special, just need to resupply some of my staples.

But for tonight, I'm going to start off w/ some jeffersons tropics. Been a couple weeks since I've had a pour of that stuff.

BT for general mixed drinks, OF100 for old fashioned duty, and I was going to get another bottle of my favorite cheap sipper, Old Emmer, but decided to try this Noah's Mill out instead. This will probably be similar to the OE, tho that one is a wheat bourbon and this one isnt. But its about the same proof (114) and only a little more expensive than the OE, but still within range where it can be a daily drinker if I wanted. I'll pop it open tonight and try some out and see whats what.

Need to refill my Buffalo Trace for some old fashioneds... Had to make mine with Knob Creek yesterday. Knob has too much of a bite for me to enjoy a few like i do with Buffalo.

That Old Forester is dirt cheap by me and surprisingly good too. Think i picked up a bottle last for 17.99. That nuts for a name brand 100 proof bourbon.

the OF was like $23.99 for me from total wine, same price as the BT. They also have a friggin 1.75L bottle of OF100 for like $43 :ROFLMAO:

Had a couple pours of the Noah's Mill. It's not bad, but I think I still prefer the Old Emmer. Its just a little bit smoother than Noah's (probably since its a wheat bourbon), but the Noah's isn't harsh or anything like that. Definitely has a full flavor. But since OE is cheaper than this stuff, I think i'll stick w/ that.

Noah's is my go to drinker when I have it around. It's hard to find here but my BIL in KC can snag it easy for me.
Has some horsepower but not too harsh.
