Ive drank half a bottle of bourbon in one sitting in the past maybe 3 times, puked my guts out every time the next morning. Granted im not a big dude either, so that plays a factor.
I'm not a big guy either. Didn't puke.

Can confirm. One night by myself. Well, more like 3 hours. Gaming with the guys. Not quite 3/4 of the bottle, but also higher proof.

Not much of a straight whiskey guy, but I’ve been on a bourbon old fashioned kick lately. Four hands small batch, angostura, fees orange bitters, simple syrup, Luxardo cherry and some orange peel. Even got one of those giant ice cube molds and have made some clear cubes with distilled water.
Roses4 hands, or roses?
Good brewery as well.Roses. I’m confusing it with a brewery in St Louis.
Nice score. Did they have EH?Scored some blanton's at binneys yesterday. Had eagle rare as well but I could only get one or the other and had blanton's in my hand.View attachment 128847
They only had 3 Blanton's when I got mine. 5 Eagle Rare's and 1 EH Taylor left.Nice score. Did they have EH?
Yes-Went last fall. You guys been to any distillery tours in Louisville?
Planning a bachelor party in October and thinking of booking one. Michter's and Evan Williams have reservations available. Another buddy recommended Rabbit Hole which tbh I've never heard of. Any others I should look in to?
In my opinion, EH is the best of this trio. They only had 3 Blanton's when I got mine. 5 Eagle Rare's and 1 EH Taylor left.
Old forester is really neat and in downtown, near evan williams and angels envy. I did a VIP tour deal with Peerless and i got to chat with master taster and sample a lot of single barrels in their speakeasy room. Really nice tour. Theyre also downtownish, west of evan williams. You guys been to any distillery tours in Louisville?
