Oblivion is quite possibly the greatest sci-fi movie. Edge of Tomorrow is grossly overrated, I don’t understand all the praise it gets. Watched it once and enjoyed it but have zero desire to see it again.

For me, Oblivion edges (pun intended) out Edge of Tomorrow. Both are great, best of the choices listed. But Oblivion is the better film.

I love the Groundhog Day genre. Not necessarily because those kinds of movies turn out good, but because as I'm watching them, my mind is filled with the possibilities of it all. That kind of thinking feels good.

I was a big fan of Vanilla Sky when it came out. I don't think I've watched it in ~15 years though. That makes me feel a bit sad. May be time for a revisit.

Oblivion was fine. A solid sci-fi flick. I don't really understand the hype it gets from some people, but it's definitely not a bad movie.

I haven't watched Minority Report or War of the Worlds since they came out in theatres. I remember being annoyed by the daughter screaming all of the time in War of the Worlds. Meh.

Soundtrack for Oblivion is so underrated. Definitely one of the X factors here.
