Error 404: No GM tech found. My previous career field was in civil engineering and undergoing the switch to mechanical engineering since I find civil boring anymore. I do have a decent amount of hands-on mechanical experience though, which is why I was able to so astutely diagnose the missing wheel issue.

Bingo! There is two secondary shoes on! And there's supposed to be a primary and a secondary. The primary has a shorter patch of friction material.
