They were decent about the return. I told them everything showed in stock when I placed the order, and no tool = no order, can't be waiting two weeks for it to show up. I did have to call twice to get a hold of someone. Also did the online "contact" us, which probably went nowhere. Lastly I emailed them back, but the address they have in the email notification doesn't even have a domain on it, just "customerservice@autogeek". SMH
