Picked this up on sale at Mariano’s.

Pretty good, crust is definitely not “cracker-thin” at all. Kinda tastes like better Red Barron, but really solid for frozen.

Pretty generic frozen pizza though. Tasted good, but nothing special imo.

I still have a dozen Home Run Inn pizzas in my freezer. Debating whether I want dinner tonight. Pizza? Ham and Swiss sandwich? Double cheeseburger? Hot dogs and beans? So many choices. Had a salad yesterday so that satisfied the salad meal for a few days.

this place was fucking awesome.

i just can't remember which steak i had the first night.


this was it... i think it was their NY strip. ALL their steaks are prime... unlike a lot of steakhouses that have "prime" in their name and then only a few prime steaks on their menu.

and this is what im talking about. this steak had to have started out life as 3" thick, and prime at that... something we aren't going to buy simply.

2nd go round i had the 20 oz ribeye... was fucking awesome.

this was the steak from the place in the dells i love. seriously underrated place. it's awesome.

Never in my life have I or will I go spend that kind of money on a steak at a fancy steak house.
Outside of skirt steak, I have never paid for a steak from a restaurant.

I'll be honest, I don't mind a good steak at a steak house. Sure, I can make the same steak for much less. But, it's also the fixings that go with it. the soups, bread, appetizers etc.

So I'm okay with the occasional trip to a decent steak house.

I will gladly pay a fuck ton for a good meal if it's perfect

ruth's doesn't even pop into my top ten.
