Can't beat fresh, fried (well...air fried) oyster mushrooms. Growing on wood log and in monotub failed before so this was my last try using wood chips and a bucket. BAM! Hoping to get more than 1 flush.

I bet those are good. I miss morel mushrooms now that I live down here. They're mostly available up north for only a month or so. My buddy has several acres we used to walk around on to look for morels.

Megan made some casserole thing, pees, chicken, onions, cheese layered between croissant dough rolls.

Absolutely god damn delicious.

The cheese ones are the best. I usually let them bake for a minute or two longer so they're not too flimsy but its my new favorite way to load up a taco!

Chicken pitas. Grilled chicken breasts (SPG) cut up and simmered in BBQ sauce after grilling them. Stuffed in pita with bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato and miracle whip.

Move the grill. I typically keep mine in the garage for winter grilling. It's so much easier than fighting the cold and wind.

I'd be kinda nervous about smoke and fumes? My charcoal grill won't fit through the door from my patio to my garage either

I'm pretty sure I'm just gonna go for it. I'm just grilling not smoking I should be alright.
