Crutchfield- great technical support.

AmericanMuscle.com - my son has had mustang parts issues and they stood behind and sent replacements with very little to no resistance.

for motorcycle parts, sportbiketrackgear. Excellent customer service, demo & instruction vids galore, absurdly fast shipping. Literally nobody I've ever spoken to at the track has had an issue with them, probably 80% of the bikes in advanced have STG stickers on them lol

Summit is always awesome.

E-trailer is great

Summit Racing has always gone above and beyond for me.

It's been several years since I've needed their customer service, but Late Model Restoration has always been good to me.

god i had a weird one happen with summit-
my summit account at work got hacked, my card info was saved to my account.
someone placed an order for a $700 carburetor and was having it shipped to a vacant house in the city in the HOOOD
i contacted summit and they laughed at me and were like welp good luck dealing with UPS

Not how my guy operates, but I know people that do that shit as well.
Bro, my guy orders in fucking bulk for the most part, none of that one or 2 items. Usually 10 or more of the same items or better, your not doing that with a stolen or hacked CC
How many of those fucking stupid cups did I have in the winter, wasnt it like 3 cases and iirc it was 12-20 cups to a case? I think the Uggs, I picked up 10-12 pair and he had probably 30-40 pair. Remember the iphones, what did he have when I posted that pic also in the winter, 15-20 of them

I still have 2pr of the Uggs for Will lol.

I honestly cant answer this.... 92% of my household is just from Amazon.

Gotta think about it...
They are awesome as well. I buy shit, use it and return it with no questions asked.
I recently found out, if your order food from them and try to return it, they tell you to keep it and just issue a credit, so yeah Ive done that as well

Summitracing.com fast, and they do care about counterfeit stuff
Pornhub, never fails

Rockauto.com is up there, only issues I come across are legacy part cataloging/labeling issues on older models, they will pull parts suddenly from being purchasable as they investigate.

E-trailer is mentioned here a lot. We order stuff from them all the time from work, their packaging is worth dick. Legit toss bearing in a box with a drum. Box shows up, bearing is useless.

But...

Amazon, Summit, Jegs, Freedom Munitions,

Chewy did right by me a while back. Dry food order came in damaged and they told me to keep it and overnighted a new bag to me.

THEN CALLED TO MAKE SURE THE NEW ONE WAS OK! I was fucking blown away.

Chewy is legit! They sent a bag of food for our now past dog, I emailed them and said the dog passed and I wouldn't be needing it. The sent a return label and a card.
