So they talk about the plates of uninsured motorists being suspended. But there is no talk of how that is going to be enforced.
Drive around each day and look how many expired stickers are on vehicles. Who is going to go around to the suspended plate owners to tell them they can't drive. Do they really think that is going to be a deterrent?
They need a way to prevent the vehicle from being operable so if it is uninsured it can't be on the road, period. Good luck with that.
