That's because he's(Danny Neal) literally just some 20-something that lives with his parents. He got traction on Facebook thanks to facebook moms sharing his content, and now he realized he gets more shares and clicks with sensationalized clickbait. That's why his "forecasts" are always way higher than everybody else, and his headlines always include sensational adjectives.
I don't know what the other guy's story is, but I'd bet it's not much different.
