I like the heart icons, especially now knowing that there is real data to back them up. Customer reviews for autoparts are usually useless from what I've read. In most cases, only the horror stories will get posted and not all of the trouble free testimonials.

Well, and it seems like a lot of times, it's people that ordered the wrong part, and is blaming the part or the company for their failure to do research.
