Try the ham egg chesse onion next time...same deliciousness as the steak sammich but hits a little different

Technically it could still be Cragin but when I hear Cragin, Im automatically thinking Belmont/Cragin. To me and others from that area and surrounding areas we consider that Hermosa.Is Armitage and cicero not Cragin??? Idk

Had it a few weeks ago and I agree. But I think that depends on who makes it. Marcellas on Fullerton, Iāll only get the cafe con leche if Tomas (owner) makes it. Luckily he makes it 95% of the time in the mornings.
ElCubanito on Pulaski and Wrightwood has the best imo. No matter who makes it there, itās always good.

Grilled cheese, needed something quick so I could finish work early.
First attempt was a fail.
Second I burned it cause I got distracted (see below)
Third I tried Harvati cheese, wasn't as good. Gooey, but not the best flavor
Fail - had bread buttered and sitting on a plate next to the stove. Cheese was still in the oragami wrapper. Thought to myself, "I need to unwrap the cheese before I put the bread in the pan." I looked at the bread while I unwrapped the cheese, then proceeded to drop the cheese slices directly on to the hot pan.
Second attempt:

less heat and next time, add a couple drops of water in hot pan, cover for steamy cheesy melty goodness.

Ran out of peanut butter when I made PB&J for dinner last night.
The american cheese came out fine, just the bread was knackered. The Harvati melted great, and was super gooey, just didn't have enough flavor.
This just about covers it.
