My Wife does that as well. She dumps a whole jar of giardiniera minus the oil and a couple of cans of Au Jaus in it. Lets it cook in the slow cooker 8-10hrs.
Its basically homemade beef sandwiches and so damn good.

Bae made this last week with just a stick of butter and sp. It was pretty damn good too.

I can eat beef sandwiches 3x a day 8 days a week
