We do that as well, but add Au Jus and a bottle of giardiniera in the slow cooker. So fucking good, a fireman I used to work with years ago gave me the recipe.

You can do it with cooked rice, or uncooked rice.
Cooked Rice = 1 Cup rice + 3 cups water
Uncooked Rice = 1 Cup rice + 5 Cups water.

This guy uses cooked rice, either way arrives at the same place.

I tend to blend the fuck out of mine

The hardest part is straining it to get all the horchata out of the blended mixture.

I'm making Horchata right now.

Solid 3/10. One point for sauce, one point for lemonade, one point for bread. Chicken and fries were garbage and wouldn’t go back.
