French creamed eggs and a quality piece of ham that I fried up.

I made the eggs according to Le Cordon Bleu's recipe. The French think our eggs are rubbery and over cooked. They make theirs out to be more of a creamed dish. Takes getting used to but it tastes good with some cream, Gruyere cheese, dijon mustard and chives.

The dog has not left my side. He gets a piece when I'm finished.
