quoted a spindle @ $61k. special price this year only. after that it goes to 74k. its that high because it has built in motor, and is 46k rpm.

That must be a hell of a spindle.

I'm working in spreadsheet land today updating inventory then on to more paperwork. I did some documentation of our NAS environment and we did a review. Need to make a ton of changes.

oh, it is. this one is one unit spindle and motor combo, only sold that way. it is priced roughly the same if you had a normal spindle and needed a motor for a different model machine of the same maker though.

Love doing these. 2.4 equinox piston replacements for oil consumption. Pays 12.6, my best time is 3.7 hours but usually just under 5 hours

Had this done on my Terrain around 100K. The cat was fouled as well and originally wouldn't be replaced under warranty. The SA didn't seem to comprehend that a cat shouldn't be that fouled at that point unless something like 1.5qts of oil was being burned every 1000 miles. :cautious::rolleyes: I know eventually GM released a special policy on the cat as well so was able to get that covered.
