Didn't remember much about Godzilla: King of Monsters. But this popped up on my Tidal playlist.

And I switched over to listening to the Masters album on Tidal. Bear McCreary did an amazing job on this score. So good.

Basically, if you enjoyed his work on the score for Battlestar Galactica, you'll like this score.

Got the home theater pumping out some decent wattage right now. About -12dB, So not as loud as it can go, but not far away either. I'm in 2ch mode, so its driving the big front speakers around 130w/channel and it sounds glorious.

When the trumpets really hit their stride and the drums kick in. Its all encompassing. Fuck My Neighbors. They pissed me off last weekend with propping the lobby door open in -10° weather.
