Maybe thats where we used to buy them from. We go to both Sam's and Costco
Pretty sure they both carry them. Before the Bloomingdale Costco was built we used to go the Sam's right by you. I'd stock up on the waffles, Farm Rich Mozzarella Sticks, and the Farm Rich French Toast Sticks. Those three items would fill up my [old] freezer, but keep me happy for months!

Potatoes turned out legit. No pics, ate em all, I will probably make again tomorrow tho I'll snag a pic then.

Wash/cube up some mini reds - I'd use the mini yellows next time but I only had reds.

Rinse until water running off is clear - gets rid of the starch.

Boil for 6-7 min until they're just slowly falling off the knife - if you rinsed well they shouldn't have a bubbly skim on top of the water.

Drain very well but I didn't dry them.

Throw on cookie sheet, oil, salt, pepper, seasoning, in oven at 425 for 25 min.

Pull, turn at 25 min, back in for another 5-10. I turned on convection at this point.

I sauteed up some yellow onion and garlic at this point. I wish I'd had some green onions or chives that woulda been better but that's what I had.

Pull potatoes from oven when they look good and golden brown, pour in big bowl, add onions/garlic/ seasoning and salt, toss and mix in well.

I had with sausage patty on a bagel, was meh but wifey wanted patties today.

Tomorrow I'll refine this a little more and update with some pics, this was off the cuff.

Nailed it today except a little too much salt on the potatoes.

Mini goldens, cut/quarter, rinse, dry well.

Throw on cookie sheet bottom down, little avocado oil, little salt/pepper.

In oven for about 20 min, then turn, at this point I added some taco seasoning - cumin and paprika.

Cook a lb of pork chorizo - I got the good shit from the Mexican grocery store.

Also cook about 1/2 a yellow onion and 3-4 cloves of garlic.

Pull potatoes when they're a nice golden brown, spread onion/garlic combo amongst, put back in oven at 150* to keep warm.
Once chorizo is cooked, add it all together and put some shredded cheese over the top and back in the oven at 150* to melt cheese.

Fried up an egg, put chorizo/potatoes in bowl, egg on top, some salsa verde we made yesterday over top of that.
