Because eggs at Taco Bell are different than the eggs from McDonald's or Burger King?I don't eat breakfast it's my first meal of the day.

Also if doing it to be a healthy meal, wouldn’t it be better to substitute brown rice for white rice? Not talking shit, I’m just curious on that part
Give it a try sometime. Super easy to make and you can add / change stuff based on how you like it. It’s a staple in Hawaiian cuisine.
I use basic seasoning on the ground beef: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and crushed red pepper.
As for the rice I’m not really sure. I hear pros and cons to both but imo I don’t think one is actually “better” than the other. I had white rice on hand so it’s what I used. lol

Large black DD coffee is my breakfast today. I'll be out and about in my Sprinter van making small p/u and deliveries. I may stop at one of the latin spots for a steak and egg sandwich later this morning
