I remember a physics professor in college tried to explain how a bike works. I chose not to hurt my brain and have accepted that it just works.

I’ve spent a lot of time on bikes and have never given it that much thought. I always thought it was a product of momentum. They’re relatively stable on one wheel as long as you’re moving and that takes the steering completely out of the equation.
