I had my annual check up at the doctor, blood work etc only noted a vitamin D deficiency thus I added that to my routine.Certain B vitamin deficiencies can cause horrible panic attacks and anxiety as well.
Your annual checkup doesn't test for b vitamin deficiencies. Work provokes anxiety, am guessing like a lot of people, I have actually been concerned about takin B and not touching these. You think one a day might actually help relieve the anxiety a bit?
