From what im reading from the locals down there, it never made 700whp. The owner probably just threw out a rough flywheel HP # when he entered. Though I guess a lot of people on that list actually make more power than what they wrote down. :rofl:

It "could" make a lot more power even tho it hasn't been dynoed at it, zzp's cobalt had a boost controller fail when it was on the dyno and it made 890whp on 54lbs of boost and stayed together just fine tho I think they had ever ran it at the track with more than mid 30's

Yeah, his build thread said 665whp on 110 at at 31psi with meth.

Did some more searching on that evo, and found out a bit more. It isn't just a regular build. This thing should be able to make crazy power. It uses the same crank I have (Winberg Billet) which saves 10lbs compared to the stock crank. R&R Aluminum Rods and custom pistons. From the pictures I saw it looks like they are going with top of the line on everything. That thing should be able to rev like a motorcycle and make ridiculous power!
