So we started watching this last night with the kids (11 yr old twin girls - aka the perfect demographic for a cheesy Disney+ dog show). We only watched the first episode and will watch the rest of the series with them.

The writing is pretty bad. The acting is about as bad as the writing. The dog is definitely the star of the show. The basic premise is more or less like the movie, Tuner ends up with Hooch who was his dads dog, who passed away and wanted Turner to have him (even though they were estranged apparently?). He's a Marshall and goes to their K9 trainer who is an attractive girl with googly eyes for Tuner, but he's too aloof to notice. hahahaha classic

If you have the target demo for this show in your house (I'd say 9-12 year olds) then there are definately worse shows to watch with them.

They never got to meet Porter (well they met him as newborns for a few weeks while we got our life situated), our French Mastiff but they have seen pictures and these horrible videos (Jailbroken iPhone 3's I believe)
