So when I put the right turn signal on it just lights up and doesn't blink. Last time it did that the bulb was burned out. This time the light lights up but it just stays on. Is this a relay or flasher problem or something?
Oh and this is on a 98 t/a

Would put money on bad flusher module more than likely or a bad ground

Check to make sure that ALL the bulbs are good. If not then I'd throw a flasher in it

Look for a crack in the housing that lets water in and blows the bulb. I just epoxied a cracked housing back together on my TA's pass side front turn signal and drilled a hole in the bottom to prevent any water from pooling. My lens looked like a fishbowl.

When the bulb would blow from water, the turn signal would just stay on like yours.

Yeah the drivers side would do this when the bulb went out due to moisture. I checked tge passenger side and it works, but doesnt blink. This morning it worked and now drivers and passenger side are not working. When you turn the signal on the dash light just stays lit up.

Put a flasher in it, seen it many times.
It's right near the steering column under the bolster cover.

How does one remove this turn signal housing? I have the same issue. After heavy rain water gets inside and destroys the bulb. I need to seal them better or something.

Two screws from the back, 7 or 8 mm. Have to go in through the access door beneath the light.

I forgot to update this.
So the back signals work great, works on dash but does not blink up front. The drivers side bulb is out and the passenger side is just on(same as DRL's) They do not blink when you put the signal on though.

I posted on another forum for help but didn't get too far. Any ideas? I am going to try and change both bulbs for the hell of it today.

FIXED! Replaced bulbs.. I think it needs new connectors and housings though. The one connector looks a little melted.

I had a similar thing happen on my GTO. I replaced a tail light and then all a sudden my brake lights stay on at all times. The only ones that flashed were the 3rd and spoiler ones. I replaced both lights and that fixed it. I had a bad bulb.
