- Meet at Streets of Woodfield Friday morning (Dick's lot). We will be leaving Streets at 8am SHARP. We will not wait for any stragglers.
- Arrive at GLD around 9.
- Tech will begin around 9:15.
- Racing begins between 10-1030 (fun runs).
- Drivers meeting for hat races should take place at or around 11. If you have not already provided
Teege24 with your phone number, please do so. We will be communicating with folks throughout the day about the hat race via group chat. Greg will be handling the street car hat race. All questions for that race should be addressed to him. - Hat races will begin at or around 11:30.
- There will be breaks in between fun runs for the hat races but everyone should have no problem getting all the runs in they want.
NOTES FOR THOSE RACING:
- If you are on a street tire, DO NOT GO THROUGH THE WATER BOX. (Speaking of street tires, we may dedicate one lane for street tires and one for slicks / DRs...this will help to keep the prep from getting tore up. Obviously if you want to race someone, street tires in both lanes are fine. More on this day of.)
- If you are using the water box, best practice is typically to drive around and then back in.
- DO NOT RUN YOUR AC IN STAGING OR WHILE ON THE ACTUAL TRACK.
- If you break during a run, pull over to the side immediately. This will minimize any cleanup needed. PLEASE remember this.
