Track Day: Feeler Thread

Trying to get a feel for the interest in a Track Day. I see sporadic interest for it in random threads but nothing ever happens. Figured I might as well just try to set something up.

Who would be interested?

My initial thoughts (definitely not set in stone, let's hear your thoughts):

Late May-Early June
Saturday
GLD

I'd like to have some sort of bracket/hat race for TCGs fastest. We could play that a lot of different ways. Buy in with a payout, free entry with a trophy, classes, etc. Im really open here, but I'd like the purpose of it to be that we come up with a ladder of TCGs fastest - maybe a badge that the winner could display for the year. Maybe like a Gold, Silver, Bronze for 1st, 2nd, 3rd. I'm kinda just spitballing here - Drop ideas.

I would more than likely run my scrap heap. A simple hat race could be fun. Don't over complicate it. Just get a group of people out to the track for some fun.

My junk is slow. I'd probably make a donation though and keep my fingers crossed that someone will red light or blow their tires off to the 60 foot lol.
