I change my oil every 7000 to 80000 miles. I have 160,000 miles on the motor nevr abused. The last two times I changed it there were some plastic bits in the drained oil. I think it may be a timing chain guide on its way out. My question is should I just replace the bad guide or everything parts cost RockAuto at $524.
