Those of you with Electric Vehicles, what did it cost for the installation of the 240v circuit to your garage?

going to be doing side job, just wondering what the average cost is for the breaker, conduit run, and wiring to the outlet. ( I know the parts cost, just wondering what these jobs usually bid at)

The panel is in the basement and its a straight shot to the garage, FYI. A quick google search shows anywhere from $400-1500.

The price range you saw is pretty accurate. All depends on the current setup in the house, how far things are from the main box etc. If you have room in your panel and it’s close to the garage like you say, probably the lower end of the quoted range.

I would say 500-700 is expected depending on who you have come out

Just hire a 134 guy on the side, don't pay an actual electrical contractor. If it's as easy as you make it sound, it'll take the guy a few hours.

ive charged 400 for some, and then 1200 for other. all depends on the length of run.

It is super easy but a real electrician would make all the conduit runs look way better than I ever could.

$40-45/hour plus materials like everyone else!
