I pretty much second what KJ said on page 1. Go with whatever will be easiest for you to utilize frequently. My/my parents boat is stored 45 minutes from my house and is drystacked. On a good day it’s an hour to 1.5 to be on the water once you decide to leave. With that I’ve only been out twice this year.

Same goes for ATV/SXS usage. I maybe get 2-3 good usages out of my quads per year.

Camper... hell that seems like you’d use it even less without some strong commitments.

Fuck that we had a pool growing up and guess whos responsibly that was! I swore I'd never have a pool as an adult unless it came with some hot playmate to take care of it.
