I have a shield and a Glock 26 and I find myself carrying the 26 the most lately. Pocket carry would be a no go, but it conceals well enough and takes any Glock double stack mag as a backup which is nice. I have a couple Vedder Light tuck holsters, but got a black arch revcon for my 26 with the appendix carry claw and like it even better.

G43 here. Has been the best carry pistol I have owned so far.

If you’re thinking P365 also look at their newest version (not sure if it’s available to the masses yet) the P365 SAS. They streamlined it so it has essentially zero chance at snagging and might be perfect for pocket carry. They took off the sights and built them into the slide and they’re both in the rear of the gun, it has a dot and a circle and when you line the dot up in the circle it’s on target. All the controls are also recessed and removing the front sight allowed them to port the barrel to help with muzzle flip.

Also if you decide you might carry IWB don’t forget about the two newest Glock single stacks, the 43X and the 48. They both shoot well from what friends have said.

I have a G26 that shoots great but is a double stack so it might be too bulky for you
Came in here to post about the p365 SAS.

I carry my second batch p365 everyday and love it! Never know it's there even with the 12-rnd mag.

My votes are the p365, shield 2.0 or shield performance center, glock 43x.

If you want concealment and consume capacity those are sized accordingly.

I will be getting the p365 SAS when I can :wackit:

I definitely want to see the sight setup, it should be sweet.

Definitely might replace my G26

I'd say the small complaint I have is not smart for a ported barrel on a CC gun. But we'll see how much muzzle flash there is.

My sig shoots very well, definitely pleased.

From the demos I saw of the P365 SAS, there wasn't much of any flash coming out of those ports.
But, they were using range ammo and not SD ammo. My current SD ammo makes a noticeable flash like an old film camera out of my non ported Shield.

The P365 SAS is interesting. Anti snag, flush mounted controls and sight, ported. Pre orders are $579. Anyone know when this gun is coming out?

Do you read replies at all? I posted that video on the 20th. :bowrofl:

Looks like a great gun. The sighting system is pretty interesting, although to be honest, I never had an issue with snagging on my Shield which has regular sights.
I think snagging issues can be mitigated by having a good holster and by having good draw discipline.

Agreed. Unless you are pocket carrying, I've never had a snag issue either.

If I got one it would definitely be because of pocket carry. Should be really nice to draw from the pocket with.

Cant wait to see how the sighting system works.

Saw that P365 SAS on Guns and Gear, here’s the video for it:

that's pretty awesome. i may look at picking one up to play around with.

as far as the op, i carry a g19 daily. i do have a g43, but rarely ever carry it. it sits in a sticky holster and i just grab it if im in a rush and/or not wearing a belt (rarely ever).

I was thinking about picking up the P365 SAS but then I got to handle a P365 XL and it felt so good in the hands and that little extra length feels like it will be a big difference at the range. Can't wait to get it out to the range and see how it does. My wife is pretty excited to shoot it as well since she thinks the grip is much better than my XD.

Another great option for pocket carry is the LCP 2. Shoot one and you'll be hooked. Way better than the original LCP.
