No zombie ricks that I know of. I am a comic reader and was shocked at the choice of characters that died. Was a surprise for me. The show is actually been great this year. The episode before last nights was really slow though last nights was great albeit slow starting. Last half hour was chaotic.

But even though the Walking Dead flagship series is coming to an end, the show’s universe will keep expanding after 2022. AMC has already greenlit a spin-off series that will focus on Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) and Carol Peletier (Melissa McBride) from the primary series, and there’s also a new anthology series in development called Tales of the Walking Dead. Scott M. Gimple, chief content officer of The Walking Dead universe offered up this statement on the end of the main series:

Yeah. I still watch it all. walking dead. fear the walking dead. world beyond. tales of the walking dead. the talking shows with chris hardwick. I watch it all. I don't care. Havent watched the season premier yet tho. Will probably do so tomorrow night
