Interesting, I have never had an easy time getting glue off. I always use a heat gun and fishing line.

I never use fishing line, it just makes a mess. I get the emblems/badges heated up enough and gently pry up. If you go slow all of the adhesive comes with it.

To steal a line from Mook Mook the cat...is out of the bag! Bahhhhhhh dum CHA!

When I bought this car, the plan really was to keep the car stock for a while. Then I started browsing the Hellcat forums and realized how easy these cars make PAH! I wasn’t looking to shoot for the stars, but did want to make some small changes to get the car to mid 700’s at the wheels on pump gas.

This past fall I ordered up The GripTec 2.85 pulley, Demon injectors (700cc), 180 degree thermostat, blower blanket and spacers, crank pin kit, and new idlers.

It is kind of crazy, but these cars don’t come with a keyed crank and people have lost motors when pulleying down and the crank spinning on itself. It is cheap insurance and since I am pissing the extended warranty that I paid for I want as much security as possible given the circumstances!

I was not excited about drilling into my almost new motor’s crank pulley but the kit was pretty straight forward. You guys might remember the front bumper being off the car on the dyno, it was done to give me the room to make this modification. I figured since it was off I might as well get the license plate holes filled and the bumper resprayed.
