Awesome, those are in super high demand. I've been wanting to order one on my end, but haven't been able to yet because supply is tight. Curious to hear your thoughts on performance.

It is kind of difficult to say if it’s better or worse than something since I have never owned or used a power washer before, but so far it is working as intended. Took about 4-5 minutes to do one sidewalk square with the 15* nozzle. The turbo seemed to perform worse. To be fair though, the sidewalk and patio in our backyard are very filthy and probably haven’t been washed in years.

I did have a couple times where it would whine like it’s trying to pressurize but it was just dribbling out. One time I stopped and let it sit and it was fine right after, the other time I had to actually turn it off and on.

Let my oldest do about half and I did half. About 1.5-2 hours total to do the patio.

She was super excited to power wash. Apparently they made a power wash simulator game and she said she wanted to buy it since it’s “therapeutic”. I said just come over and do the real thing since I have PLENTY to power wash.

God damn corner lots look nice but this upkeep.

Interesting. The ratings are a pretty spot on, but a little lower than rated for PSI.

I will mirror what he said about the hose. It is not my favorite. The handle also cramps you hand up when trying to hold it and power wash a patio. So I will be swapping out the handle and hose fo sho along with adding quick disconnects. Cause Im a lazy bastard.

Great job! I still need to do the concrete sidewalk on the side of the house.

She'll love https://www.reddit.com/r/powerwashingporn/ then.

A hose sprays water for $20. Guess it's best?

Not even the hoses I just bought were $20. Thats like a peasant hose thats 3 feet long. Get on my level!

My Harbor Freight pressure washer took a shit. The fucker wasn't even a year old. Anyways I've been shopping Ryobi's.

Thoughts on this one? Overkill?

The guy in the video I posted above tested the 1600 and 2K PSI Ryobi PWs and IIRC they were roughly pushing the same PSI. Might as well just get the cheaper one unless you want the wheels and such.

Reading this entire thread, Im surprised my obviously plebian PW got my patio clean. I should have used my god hose instead.

On sale today (not sure how long it'll be on sale for) $50.

Sun Joe SPX205E Electric Pressure Washer 1600-PSI MAX | 1.1 (snowjoe.com)

Ohh man, thats a better deal than the godking Ryobi. I honestly probably would have bought it too if I ever saw it on sale for.......$63and change or whatever Mook said. I never get that lucky.

I will say the performance of the DeWalt is nice. I hope they use something other than wish.com hose and spray gun nozzle in future products. Maybe also redesign the wand holder to actually hold said wand as well.

So Im hoping this hose is better than the alibaba hose DeWalt sells with their pressure washer. TBF, Im sure most manufacturers bundle cheap hose as well.

Also got this as well, cause Im lazy and quick connects are awesome.

wife surprised me with this over the weekend. This far it works great. Used it on the rear steps and washed a small area on the concrete patio before it got dark.

no soap or anything just pressure.. top is before and bottom is after and that is a quick once over too. Will be nice to use some soap on there and get it sparkling.

Will do. Ill be using it either this week sometime or this weekend. Just comparing it to the hose that came with mine it feels way softer yet still strong enough to hold pressure. The extra 15 feet will help for sure as well since IIRC mine was a 35 footer and this is a 50 footer. I cant use an extension cord for my washer since it will pop the breaker.

Looks good! Yeah, I mentioned gas was much better 7 pages ago. 25 years owning a power washing company...

I immediately buy a commercial quality pressure hose and quick disconnects when I get a PW. They last almost forever and are a lot easier to use than the stock screw on junk. I buy a bag of O rings, too, because the quick disconnects will leak sooner or later when the O rings wear out.

Wish I had heat on mine but it's not worth the expense or storage room for a unit with a burner.

I’ll snap a pic, but I finished the front sidewalk done on Saturday. Still gotta do the side of the house still. Electric does take awhile but it also doesn’t help the water isn’t soaking into the ground and basically sits there so I have to move around to let the standing water get absorbed. Then use the regular hose afterwards to get the last little bit of dirt left from the standing water. I almost couldn’t tell a difference. /Sarcasm.

SleeperLS SleeperLS The new hose is pretty nice. For sure helps being longer and isn’t a coil of kinks like the hose that comes with the pressure washer. Need to get another set of quick disconnects for the other side of the hose and the nozzle though.

As I squeezed pump protector through my pressure washer today since it’s getting colder I got to thinking. Any of you guys ever have a pressure washer freeze and crack something? I used pump protector last winter since my machine stays in a detached garage. I just wonder how likely it would be to be damaged by freezing.
