Detroit style can be good, but a lot of them aren't. I don't like straight up Wisconsin brick cheese. If they cut it with other things, it's good. If they don't, it's bad.

Jet's
Large (8pc) Detroit-Style Deep Dish
All Meaty (pepperoni, ham, bacon, Italian sausage & hamburger)
Turbo Crust

Rating: 8.7/10

Comments: This is our go to "change of pace" pizza, when we tire of thin crust and want to try something different. Over all this pizza hit the spot. Crust was very crunchy, yet airy, not sure how they do it. The bacon in combination with the turbo crust made it a bit too salty at times, but this was a minor gripe.

Jets is pretty good. I had Jets pizza up in Milwaukee a couple weeks ago when I was there for a bachelor party weekend. I was pleasantly surprised for a corporate chain pizza place.

Also, I tried Signature Select frozen pizza for the first time last week when I was staying in an Airbnb in Arizona. Home Run Inn frozen pizzas were $10 at the local Albertsons, so the Signature Select pizzas next to them for $5 each had grabbed my attention. I went with an extra thin BBQ chicken and a rising crust supreme. Both were great and I will definitely buy again.

My daughter (14 months now) isn't too big of a pizza fan. Just tried it a few times but mostly just throws it on the floor (she likes feeding the dog). Was back in IL this weekend and she tried Chicago thin crust pizza. Had Bill's Pub North (might be my favorite thin crust right now) and Italian Pizza Kitchen. She woofed it down. Ate 3 slices each (which is crazy for her age). Even babies know what's up. Michigan pizza sucks and Chicago thin is amazing.
