I didn't take pics, but picked up a cheese and sausage pizza from Pizza Pete on Lagrange Rd in Orland Park. This might be my favorite tavern style thin crust. Now I want to go back and get another!

It’s ok

Tree guys itasca is way better
I like Tree Guys as well. I go to WC or Tree Guys as to get a change from V&V or Rosario’s. I prefer to go to the city for pizza but all the ones I mentioned ain’t bad. They just aren’t consistent imo. All 4 places I mentioned are always hit or miss imo. The pizza tonight is fair, they have definitely done better. My Wife just found a black hair in her pizza 😂😆🤣

Honestly every time I pass by the place I don't see any cars there. They will probably shut it down soon. The city already owns the lot next to it and they will take cottage as well.

Its not bad pizza but not great. V&V is on my list in Bartlett soon.

They closed the dine in area last fall and still haven’t reopened it. So you might be on to something.

I’m actually going to say the pizza was horrible tonight lol. After I ate a few more pieces, I pulled the cheese off and just ate the dough.

So, as I've said a couple times now, I've kinda taken a break from White Cottage (the Elgin location), just because we order so much (it's kinda the default when we can't decide what we want). But I will say, there is also some level of inconsistency we've noted too.

However, I will say, about 2 weeks ago, we ordered on a Sunday evening and it was utterly fantastic. It's almost like they cooked it long enough. I like mine a little more done and cheese darker carmelized. Even the Wife said "man this was good and hit the spot..." But yea, sometimes they can be a miss too lately.

To reinforce the fact they are in the down turn it was after 1 pm today and not a single car except for 2 drivers in back smoking heaters.
