some data from aim from 5 of us yesterday. tym driving my car. not full tilt, although more tilt than i usually do and quite a different driving style than mine! personal best for myself and artie, not sure about the other guys. actuall the splits below are for best rolling lap (so best connected splits) but not best actual lap (unless the split with start/finish happened to also be the start of the best theoretical lap)

my south times have moved a lot better than my full times. my buddy artie is in a less modded brz and down to 2:50.495 and i'm pretty confident he could take a couple seconds off that today. much more work to do next year
my throwout bearing started making atrocious noise the day after laps.
Here I am just trying to drop 100lbs off my car so I have a shot at getting sub 3:00 at autobahn
Is the TOB issue a common one? Is the noise only when the clutch is disengaged?
Seats/lightweight battery/me losing 40 lbs should do it. Trying to avoid replacing the exhaust but that would be at least another 20 lbs and way more noise. Tune would help but datsun is eating up more money then I expected this winter.
