I saw a reel where Ridge Wallets had their Cyber Truck plated with $60,000 worth of 24 ct gold. I found a youtube video for it.

Man, the first time this thing get bird shit and ruins a panel will be pretty awesome. I also want to see it all scratched up after a few rounds of the automatic car wash.

It was Ridge Wallets who is paying for this. I am sure they will use it for advertising and such. There is no doubt that it is 100% dumb.

But the guy who owns the shop doing the work seemed cool in the reel I saw. As he explains the process and such. But I didn't watch this video.

My daughter, from the passenger seat pipes up and comments on how ugly they are and what an absolute joke they are as a pickup truck. Even a 16.5 y/o girl realizes that they're a joke. So, it's been out. I still think it sucks. Waiting for tesla to come out with a cyber beast plaid (or something from a nerdy Sci fi movie reference) to make up for the fact that it sucks at everything else. That's basically the only thing tesla can do to generate interest.
