That was also my worst run of the day.
Just saying it doesn't take a lot of power for a well setup fox to hang with modern higher horsepower cars.
Are you saying it takes less HP to propel a car that weighs 1k lbs less down the strip?!

Pony's standard on all 91-93 cars?
On 5.0 cars aside from 93 Cobra. 10 holes standard on nicer 4 bangers 90-93, 14" hubcaps on the poverty spec ones. Cobra R's are the hotness. 10 holes aren't. Not on this car anyway. Keep it up Jeff, when my shits prowling the streets again your invite to meet up at Dairy Queen may get lost. Blizzard? Not with Smiley 😡

I feel like the to do list in my head is as long as the bible and I'm not even building anything spectacular. But any progress is progress. 18 years or so ago when I did the 5-Lug disc brake swap I never bothered with the parking brake. Just ripped the old shit out. Ford Racing had cables that are long discontinued for rear disc swaps on foxes. Now that the whole underside of the car from the transmission back is torn apart I may as well add parking brake cables. Luckily LMR has us trailer trash Fox guys covered and offer parking brake cables for the disc swap to which I purchased. I had remembered the ratcheting mechanism needed to be welded together on the parking brake handle. Did some googling to see exactly what I needed to do and found some dude on YouTube installing this Ford bracket to avoid welding. I'm intrigued 🤔 I guess it was a recall bracket for SN95 cars to lockout the ratchet mechanism. It's still available for like $5. No welding required. The big spring is no longer needed so I cut it out, that sucked. Anyway that's done. Little victories.

Best looking stock fox body/wheel out there IMO. Gimme a 92 LX 5 speed on some 16" DR's with frame ties, 4.30's, light springs and a 150-200 hit. You'd ruin a lot of days (and T5's)with that car.
One day I'd love to have a nearly stock all black/black 91-93 GT 5-Speed with exhaust and gears. That's the car that gave me my first Fox boner when I was 8.

I had the intake and valve covers powdercoated last summer and never even took them out of the Saran wrap. Felt like seeing how they look on the car. I'm pretty stoked on how it's coming together. Should really pop when I open the hood when it's broken down in a Menards parking lot. Installed my Low Doller Motorsports 3-Bar Map Sensor on the bottom of the upper too. The Holley harness comes with the GM style metripack for the map. I de-pinned that and added the GT150 connector. Look Jeffs FRC Jeffs FRC the color matches my old dumb Cobra R wheels 🥴

Coming out really nice, attention to detail and getting it right is more important then the time spent.
Thanks Drew! I'm not the speediest on projects of my own cause I'm so anal. I spent way too long last night researching to find an OEM Ford rubber grommet to plug the firewall hole for the speedo since it'll be GPS based. I found it though 🤣
