The chick I bought my RS3 from also had an SQ5 with a supercharged V6 that had a tune/pulley and that thing ripped pretty good. Wonder if it had the same engine as your Q7?

I believe it is from what I can tell...might just be a smaller pulley on the sq5 out of the box and is a much lighter vehicle...stage 2 Q7 is apparently getting them into the low 13's in the 1/4...not to bad for a cruise ship lol
