Let me know how it turns out, been really wanting to brew my own beer for a while. Those all in one kits seems cool.

I actually might be starting the process tonight, which it looks like it takes 2 weeks to sit and then 2 weeks after bottling, so it would be my first beers of the new year

my recipient will be receiving two packages. first is shipped but won't be delivered until Jan. but ill be sending out an additional package this weekend that will make it before christmas.

i received my gift today, and love it. i've been buying quite a few knives as of lately!

A mighty big thanks to my secret Santa, who disclosed himself, but in the effort of making sure the package was preserved (totally get it) Very thoughtful and generous Batch 1 from barrel 1 of a new distillery. Had one hellava week so will be taking it for a test drive tonight.
