there is also a bet site where it gives you a negative motivator, like if you don't lose the weight, the money you put in will be donated to bernie sanders or whatever you set it up for.

i'm out for this, definitely working on changing the body fat %, but don't think i have enough to straight lose of pudge at the moment.

Sitting in the low 170’s and started to feel not well when I got into the mid 160’s so I’m good at current weight. Been doing keto for 2 years and haven’t felt better so if you’re considering trying something that works and is super easy keep it in mind as a possible option.
