I will admit that the weather was really nice this year. The nights definitely got a little chilly, but not too bad.

Much better than the heat on the Kentucky trip.

I don't have a any days that won't work, work is flexible enough that as long as I schedule vacation days about a month in advance I'm usually good to go.

Tell me a day that's at least 8 months in advance because 7 months didn't work for everyone and I'll have it off.

Tour 2016 was to Burbon Trail

Tour 2017 was Lake Michigan Circle going from IL > IN > MI > WI > IL (counter-clockwise)

For me its the accruing time. I get weeks a year but have to wait till its added up. Didn't get paid for last Friday cause I didn't have enough time. Fuck
