"TCG South" Cruise Night?

For those of us who are too far south to go to Luke's regularly I was wondering if enough people wanted to meet somewhere else?

I thought perhaps we should do the first Wednesday of the month (anything but Thursday), and make it weekly. Your thoughts? Also where?

Duke's Drive in, just south of 79th on Harlem would work.
Portillo's in Crestwood, though we wouldn't be in the Portillo's lot.
Maybe something in Orland?

I don't know if anyone wants to visit Chicago Ridge... OP seems to be more popular, and being farther south is plus for some people.

Orland Park and Tinley Park area sounds great! I am not sure exactly whats out there but that is like a 45 min drive at the most instead of 2 hours to go to Lukes.

TK in Woodridge is meh... I would rather set something up farther south to grab some of those guys. I like the off I 80 idea... There still is a lot of interest though...
